2. Advocate for policies and programs that benefit seniors and their families
3. Provide leadership in the fields of senior health care, housing, research and teaching
4. Raise standards in senior health and housing through innovation and leadership at the local, state, and national levels
5. Provide counseling and guidance for caregivers and seniors
6. Provide management support services to Assisted Living Facilities
7. Coordination with County, and State Offices on Aging for Clients and Facilities
8. Develop and maintain individual care plans
